I like ISMAKOGIE

 I as in ISMAKOGIE

Have you ever been at a beauty salon having a nice, relaxing facial, then get up from the chair, look in the mirror and think, “Yes!  I really do look much better than I did before!”  So what happens the next day and the day after?  In a short period of time we look exactly the same as we did before, and see no improvement whatsoever.  It’s so frustrating!  Should I have a facial done more often?  Should I use different creams?  Should I finally give in and have a facelift or Botox or Restylane, or … what???

An aesthetician in the 1950’s in Vienna was as disappointed in her work as were her clients.  Her name was Anne Seidel.  She even saw the positive effects on the face disappear as soon as the client got up from the chair and was ready to go.  She thought there must be another way to address the signs of aging -- these unwanted wrinkles and the sagging skin, but not only on our faces.  So she started to become more aware of the influence of our muscles on the body, but first only the mimic muscles.  She took years and years of anatomy courses at the medical school in Vienna and tortured one of the professors with hundreds of questions, mainly the ones about the connection between body muscles and facial muscles.  Very soon it became clear to her that ALL of our muscles are connected in a way that you should be able to move your big toe and wiggle your ear at the same time if you are perfectly aligned.  We are talking about our malleable muscles, the ones that we can control and influence ourselves.  This was a big breakthrough in the world of beauty and it took many, many years to accept that how we look has a great deal to do with how we use our body and our muscles.

She called her new method ISMAKOGIE, widely known in Europe used and taught to this day.

It is the basis for NIMBLE - Numerous Ideal Movements for the Body for Lifelong Elegance, where we concentrate on elegance and elegant body movements which can be integrated in your daily life routine.
